Terms of Service

1. The service

Cybo VPN ("we") provides a VPN: encrypted tunnels from your device to servers we operate, in the countries shown in the app. A free tier (with ads on Android) and a paid PRO tier are available. We may add, move or remove servers at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• break the law of the country you are in or the country the server is in;
• attack, scan or overload other systems, send spam, or spread malware;
• infringe copyright or other rights of third parties;
• resell or share access with others outside your household.

We keep no activity logs, so we cannot see what you do. If a hosting provider or authority reports abuse from a server, we may block the reported destination for everyone on that server, and we may terminate a device that repeatedly triggers reports.

3. Accounts and devices

You do not need an account. Each installed app gets an anonymous device identifier. Deleting the app, or Delete device data in the app, removes it. We may remove device records that have been inactive for 12 months.

You may create an account, with an email address and a password or with Google sign-in on Android, so that one PRO subscription covers up to 5 of your devices. Keep the password to yourself: you are responsible for what is done from your account. You can delete the account in the app at any time.

4. PRO subscription

PRO is a recurring subscription sold through Google Play on Android and through the App Store on iPhone and iPad. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. It renews automatically until you cancel it in the store you bought it from, at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it, and we are not liable for losses caused by outages, blocked sites, or actions of third parties, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

6. Changes and termination

We may change these terms; material changes are announced in the app. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend the service for a device that breaches section 2.
